## Machine Vision improvements and new CMS pages

### Panel reader - improvements

Significant improvements in the device panel reading module:
- **Needle tip detection** (needle_tip) for higher precision
- **Training data collection** - automatic photo saving to improve the model
- **Angle calibration** - more accurate value calculation on dials

### Sample test images

Added a gallery of sample photos for testing recognition:
- Pressure gauges
- Thermometers
- Hygrometers

### CMS pages

- **New marketing pages** in the CMS system
- **VineyardRiskChart component** - disease risk charts
- **Links to CMS pages** in sidebar navigation
- **Scrollable sidebar** - better handling of long lists
