## Alert system and introduction for new users

### WhatsApp alerts

A new notification channel via Twilio WhatsApp:
- **Disease alerts** - notifications when risk increases
- **Daily weather reports** - sent in the morning
- **KOWR calendar reminders** - document deadlines and obligations

### Public alerts page

Users can manage their subscriptions:
- Channel selection (WhatsApp/Email)
- Alert type configuration
- Dark mode support

### Onboarding wizard

An introductory wizard for new users:
- **Module selection** - users pick what they are interested in
- **Settings page** - change active modules later
- **panel_reader module** - added to the list of available features

### UI improvements

- **Compact sidebar** with the vineyard's GPS coordinates
- **Dark mode** on all new pages
- **Margin and style fixes**
