# [Spray Diary - Recording Plant Protection Treatments](https://help.vineyardelf.com/spray-diary-recording-plant-protection-treatments.md)

Here you record all plant protection treatments - spray dates, products used and their quantities. It comes in handy during inspections and for analyzing the season.

## How to add a spray?

1. Click **New spray**
2. Choose the treatment date
3. Set the status: done, planned or cancelled
4. Optionally add a target (e.g. "powdery mildew"), weather conditions and notes

## Adding products used

After saving the spray, you can add a list of products you used:
- Pick a product from your inventory (or type the name manually)
- Enter the quantity and unit (ml, g, l, kg)

Clicking a product name in the list takes you to its inventory card.

## What you see in the list

For each spray:
- **Date** and spray liquid volume
- **Status** - green = done, blue = planned
- **Products used** with quantities
- **Target and notes** if you entered them

## Statistics at the top

At the top of the page you can see:
- How many sprays you have done this year
- How many are done and how many are still planned
- The date of the last spray

## Export to CSV

Click **Export CSV** to download your treatment history. You need this for:
- Inspections by agricultural authorities (treatment records)
- Organic certification
- Analyzing plant protection costs
