Why sync with Fakturownia?

If you use Fakturownia for issuing invoices and keeping your books, you can sync that data into WineryElf. This way:

• You see all your purchases in one place
• You get a list of suppliers you buy materials from
• You can analyze the costs of wine production
• You prepare data for regulatory reporting automatically

How does it work?

WineryElf connects to your Fakturownia account and pulls in:

1. Products - everything you buy (bottles, corks, labels, crop protection products…)
2. Contractors - the companies you buy from (suppliers)

The data is stored locally and you can sync it at any time.

Setup

Step 1: Find your API token

1. Sign in to your Fakturownia account
2. Go to: Settings -> Account settings -> Integration
3. Copy the API authorization code

Step 2: Configure it in WineryElf

1. Open Purchases and Suppliers in the WineryElf menu
2. Click Settings
3. Enter:
   • Subdomain - for example, for yourwinery.fakturownia.pl enter yourwinery
   • API token - the authorization code you copied
4. Click Save

Step 3: Sync

Click the Sync button - WineryElf will pull in all products and contractors from your account.

What do I see after syncing?

Product list (purchases)

All the products from your Fakturownia account - these are the things you buy:

• Bottles of various types
• Natural and synthetic corks
• Labels
• Crop protection products
• Fertilizers
• Enological additives
• Equipment and tools

Supplier list

The companies you buy from - your contractors from Fakturownia:

• Winemaking shops
• Packaging wholesalers
• Label manufacturers
• Crop protection suppliers

Planned features

In the future, WineryElf will:

• Calculate the production cost per bottle based on your purchases
• Categorize expenses automatically
• Generate reports for regulatory authorities
• Suggest cost optimizations

Security

• Your API token is stored encrypted
• Data is fetched only when you request it
• WineryElf never modifies data in Fakturownia (read-only)
