WineryElf automatically generates the regulatory declarations required by your national wine authority (in the EU, mandated under the common wine market rules) based on your production data.
Supported declarations
- Harvest declaration - report of grapes harvested (typical deadline: mid-January)
- Intended production notice - notice of your intention to produce wine (typical deadline: mid-February)
- Production declaration - report of wine produced (typical deadline: end of January)
- Stock declaration - report of wine held in stock (typical deadline: end of August)
Exact forms and deadlines depend on your country’s implementation of the wine-market regulations.
Automatic data population
The system automatically pulls data from:
- Account settings - producer/grower details (name, tax ID, national ID, grower registration number)
- Fermentation logs - quantities of grapes harvested
- Bottling book - wine production in hectolitres
- Inventory database - wine stock levels
Workflow
- Choose the declaration type and wine year
- The system automatically fills in data from your production records
- Review and correct where needed
- Preview in a layout matching the official PDF form
- Print or export it for submission to the authority
Wine year
Wine declarations operate on the wine year (1 August - 31 July), not the calendar year. The system automatically assigns harvest and production to the correct wine year.
Example: grapes harvested in September 2025 belong to the 2025/2026 wine year.
