Why do I need a calendar?
The calendar is the single place where you can see everything happening in your vineyard. The system automatically adds official regulatory deadlines and reminds you about them well in advance - by email, SMS or WhatsApp!
What can I see in the calendar?
Regulatory deadlines (automatic)
The system automatically shows the key legal deadlines from the EU wine-sector reporting framework:
| Deadline | Date | What to submit |
|---|---|---|
| 📋 Harvest declaration | 15 January | Even if the harvest = 0 |
| 📋 Production declaration | 15 January | Even if production = 0 |
| 📋 Stock declaration | 28 February | Position as of 31 July |
| 📋 Vineyard register update | 31 March | Changes to area, grape varieties |
| 📋 Notice of intent to produce wine | 31 August | Before starting production |
| 📋 Preliminary harvest declaration | 30 September | Before the harvest |
| 📋 Statement of completed harvest | 15 November | Volume of grapes harvested |
You won’t miss a single deadline!
Note: exact dates and the list of required filings depend on your country and local wine-market authority. Check the current rules for your region and adjust as needed.
